I have learned a lot about life since moving away from home. I’ve learned the importance of true, honest, and sincere love. I’ve learned to give and take and attempt to be gracious even when it seems impossible to be. I’ve learned that friendship is fragile like an orchid- too much water and you drown, not enough and it withers, too much sunlight or not enough- and it will not survive. I’ve gained a lot of friends while here and unfortunately lost one, but time heals all and that’s another valuable lesson I’ve learned. There isn’t anything that I would’ve done differently because I am here where I want and need to be, but most importantly, I am with him and I wouldn’t sacrifice that for the world.
